My name is Renee Grant and I am Donna Bueckendorf's/Goellner/Snowden's daughter. I still have a mirror wall that Clem put up back in 1972. I was so sorry to hear of his death but feel that he lived a full and wonderful life, especially when he spoke of you & his family. He will be missed. Your family is in our thoughts and prayers. Dear Mary and Family Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Ed enjoyed hunting and fishing with Clem and was such a good sport about everything. He always had a big grin but his heart was even bigger. Miles kept us apart but we have many memories to cherish. He is at peace now and he will be missed. Love, The Peiker Family Independence, Mo.

Dear Petschel Family,
As our families grew with the strength and love of loving parents. Our families come together in loss and laughter as the stories of the wonderful times with our fathers. When we found out that Clem had passed, our hearts sank as we were dealing with the loss of our father. Please hug and hold each other tight during these times. Thank you for attending our father's Memorial Mass as we had your family in our hearts. God Bless You All!

Mrs. Petschel, Brian, Michele, Mark, Sharon, Theresa and Mary Dee (and all your lovely families),
Words can be difficult in the time of loss, especially with the loss of a "rock" within a family. Mr. Petschel was that, a rock. That was the way I saw him decades ago. There was always a brood of kids at the house and every once in awhile, I'd come into lots of energetic family commotion and Mr. Petschel would be sitting there quietly reading the paper. While words from him were few, they were always shared with a smile and wit. He was like a gentle giant. Now, after seeing the loving reward of his family thrive, and caring for you Mrs. Petschel, the best he could in these last years, I know his loving prayers have been/are/will be his most powerful gift to you all; another demonstration of his faith. I feel so blessed to know such a family. And I believe that every time we experience something that reminds us of a loved one who has crossed over, they are present with us, so they live on through us.
Eternal rest grant unto Mr. Petschel O Lord, and may he rest in peace. Amen

Enjoyed talking with Clem in the blockhouse at Sacred Hearts fish frys. He always had a story to tell. Our sincere condolences.

Dear Clem and Mary, what a great gift you both are in my life. Clem I am sincerely honored to be apart of your life and I will always remember you as such a kind and wonderful man. The love you and Mary have for each other is so inspiring to me. God has built a new Mountain for you, Clem and please look down on us all especially Mary, your beautiful bride and be her angel. Clem will be surely missed. I only saw him a handful of times before he became ill. Clem and his wife were clients of mine at the hair salon I work at. Such a sweet couple and you could just see how much they loved each other every time they came in together. He was a great man and I will never forget him. God bless
