Peace be with the Clancy Family.
Cy provided legal service for my entire family. I will miss his directness of purpose and his booming voice.
He was so helpful to me in avoiding unjust enrichment sought by others. I know he was fair in his judgements and had assisted many young people I remember from Webster Groves.
