Adams, Marjorie R. Marge (nee Birk), Tues., Dec. 5, 2011. Wife of the late Don Adams; dear sister of Dorothy (Edward) Frederick, Josephine (Jack) Clephas, Joseph Edward (Jean) Birk, Idell (Ted) Becker, Edward L. (Marilyn) Birk; dear sister-in-law of Mary Jo (Ed) Martin and Pattie (Marv) Herpel; dear godmother of Susan (Jim) Hodapp. Margie was an itinerant traveler with a particular love of Ireland and the Irish people. She was a dog lover and a lover of wild birds. She was a Cardinals fan through it all. Margie was an Executive Secretary at Edison Brothers for over 30 years. She was involved with the Lady Lions in Ferguson and the Elks Lodge in Florissant. She was loving and genuine, nothing pretentious about her. She will be missed desperately by her friends and family. Beloved aunt of Mari Filson, Tara Cherkes, Gary Frederick, Ann House, Chris Badalamenti, Cynthia Walsh, Ted and Terri Becker, Sherri Shoemaker, Barbara Jennett, John O'Keefe (deceased), Michael O'Keefe, Georgia and Ann Herpel and many other nieces, nephews and dear friends. Special friend to Larry and Karen Lumley. Services: Visitation Mon., Dec. 12, 12:00 noon until time of service at 2:00pm at Bopp Chapel, 10610 Manchester Rd., Kirkwood. Interment private.
