Larry and family,
Donna and I just found out tonight...so sorry to hear and want you guys to know we will be thinking and praying for you. Such a neat kind caring person in life; just think how powerful she will be in her new position. We have so many good memories of our times together in Glenwood Hills--Donna especially remembers the long talks waiting for Brian's allergies shots to wear through. Good bye Marlene, you were an awesome person to know in life; glad you walked in our path.

My sympathy goes to the family of Marlene (Schulte) Luetkemeyer. I remember Marlene from high school days in the '60s at Cole R-V, Eugene, Mo. Marlene was a very sweet person with a million dollar smile. I also recall that she was an excellent student who took her studies very seriously. I know that she had a long, difficult fight. God bless you, Marlene, you will not be forgotten!

Marlene was a joy to work with in the years we were both together at DCNHS. She knew how to get things done, and always had a smile on her face even after she became ill. She will be missed by many.

My sincere sympathy and condolences to Larry and the Luetkemeyer family. The few times I saw Marlene, she always had a smile and kind words ... never a negative word. I'll always remember running into you and Marlene and several of your family members about a year ago at Pasta House in Maryland Heights ... Marlene's beautiful smile and her enjoying dinner with you and family members. I'll pass something on to you that my sister said to me several days before she died of cancer in 2003, "make your tears of me happy ones and when it rains, think of me as sending happy tears from Heaven".

My deepest condolences to Larry and the rest of Marlene's family.
I know how hard it is to deal with the lost of a beloved spouse, and my heart goes out to you. I always enjoyed talking to Marlene on visits to her dr. appts. She was a very sweet lady and I will miss her smile.
