Marvin D. Durham Obituary
Durham, Marvin D. August 28, 1932 January 4, 2013. Marvin passed away peacefully in his apartment in South St. Louis. MO. A generous man and friend of so many. He was a reliable hard working man who retired from the UFCW 655, Mehlville School District, the Break Pool Parlor and a Veteran of the Air Force. He loved his family and is survived by his son, Jeff Durham, daughter Shelly Paneitz, sister Georgia Tamminga, brother Mike Walter and a large number of grandchildren, nephews, nieces and great nephews and nieces. He was the son of the late Dorothy Walter and Fred Durham, brother of the late Ronald D. Durham, Richard Durham and Mary Walter. Beyond work he enjoyed his friends and was an avid gambler, playing the casinos, cards, pool and horses. His smile and enjoyable personality will be missed by all. Services: Visitation ad KUTIS CITY CHAPEL, 2906 Gravois, on Tuesday, January 8 from 1 p.m. till departure to J.B. National Cemetery at 2 p.m. Memorials a Veteran's Association of your choice appreciated.
