To the Putnam family, I'm sorry for your loss. Pat was always an inspiration to me. She brought peace with her when she came to our Carmelite Secular meetings and we were a more peaceful community under her leadership. A beautiful woman in so many ways, quiet, humble and yet a great sense of humor.I was privileged to be her son-in-law. She raised eleven wonderful children while never raising her voice. What an inspiration.
