Stockton, Richard B. (Rick) 58, died on Tuesday, February 17, 2015 at his home in Wichita, KS with his beloved wife Sylvia Stockton, nee Skov, at his side. Dear son of Peggy Stockton, New Haven, MO and the late Richard B. Stockton, dear brother of Cindy (Bob) Winters of Fenton, MO and Jay (Janey) Dailey of Escondido, CA.
