Blaes, Shawn McSalley Wed. Jan. 12, 2011. Beloved wife of twenty-five years of Michael Blaes; mother of Alex and Kyle Blaes; beloved daughter of Pat and Ceil McSalley; daughter-in-law of Dr. Joseph and Sue Blaes; sister of Pat (Rhonda) McSalley and Brien (April) McSalley; aunt to Pat, Ian, Megan, Aidan, Sean, Marissa, Cara, Nicholas, Zachary, Jack, and Richard, niece, cousin and friend to many. Shawn was passionate about figure skating and animals, especially her beloved golden retrievers Tucker, Ripley and Regal. As a co-owner of Go Figure Skates, Shawn was active in the Webster Groves Community including Art & Air and the Webster Community Arts Foundation. Services: A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Sat. Jan. 15th at 12 Noon at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, 341 East Lockwood in Webster Groves.
