Puckett, Stephen R. St. Louis Stephen Rodgers Puckett, age 61, died peacefully on Monday, September 17, 2012, at home in St. Louis. Stephen was born in Newport News, VA, on December 1, 1950. He graduated from VCU. He worked in the marketing/advertising field for 38 years. He worked at Buford and Robinson Advertising and Stuart Ford, Inc. in Richmond Virginia. In 1982, his work transplanted him to his new home of St. Louis, Missouri. He worked for D'Arcy Masius, Benton and Bowles Advertising, Vinyard &Lee Advertising, and Gardner Advertising. In 1987, he launched The Puckett Group with offices in Houston and Atlanta. He worked with Brighton Advertising. In 2003, he started PuckettPark as a virtual advertising and research agency. He could be found enjoying his top three loves in life: hanging out with his dog Rudder, sailing, and spending time with friends and family. He also was Commodore of the Carlyle Yacht Club where he enjoyed sailing and racing. Survived by nephews Steve, Allen, and Scott; niece Sudi; and sister in-laws Sue and Pat. Online guestbook at
