Rev. Erich H. Kiehl

Kiehl, Rev. Erich H. S.T.M., Th.D. died on June 13, 2012 at the age of 91 from complications of a stroke. He was ordained in the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod and served as pastor, Professor of Theology, Concordia Junior College, Ann Arbor, and Professor of New Testament, Concordia Seminary, St. Louis. After his retirement, he taught at the Finnish Ingramanland Lutheran Seminary, St. Petersburg, Russia, and the Church of God Lutheran Seminary, Almaty, Kazakhstan. He is survived by his beloved wife, Dorothy \Krone Kiehl, his twin sister, Ruth Kiehl Growcock, his children David of New York City, Kathryn \John Pascoe of Xenia, OH, Sharon \Robert Huckfeldt of Sacramento, CA, Daniel \Carol of Rochester Hills, MI, Mark \Lee of St. Louis, and Thomas \Judy of Palatine, IL, fifteen grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. Services: There will be a memorial service on 28 July, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. in the chapel at Meramec Bluffs, Ballwin, Missouri.
