Thompson, Jeter Jerald Jeter Jerald Thompson, a celebrated musician passed away on December 1, 2017. He earned an Associate degree from Stowe College, served in the United States Air Force in Korea, and worked as a cartographer for Defense Mapping Agency. In 1960, Jeter organized the Quartette Tres Bien in St. Louis. The quartette toured nationally and recorded many albums and single releases for three different record companies. Jeter later organized the Trio Tres Bien. Jeter leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Louisa; his daughters Donna Patton and Pamela Cobb; his sister, Patricia Whitelocke; his brothers, Harold and Howard Thompson; and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Services: The viewing will be held on Thursday from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Austin Layne Normandy Chapel, 7733 Natural Bridge Rd., 63121. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, December 8 at St. Louis Bible Way Baptist Church, 6719 Page Avenue 63133. AUSTIN LAYNE NORMANDY Chapel
