Sommer, Rev. Msgr. P.A., Jerome O. Born into everlasting life on Sunday, November 18, 2012. Baptized in the Holy Spirit September 17, 1915; ordained Priest of God June 9, 1940. Served as Chaplain in United States Army 1945 to 1974, then as pastor of St. Robert Bellarmine parish, St. Robert (Waynesville), Mo., 1974 to 1986. Msgr. Sommer is the son of the late August J. and Catherine Sommer (nee Rengel); dear brother of Grace S. Wagner and the late Rev. Gerald J. Sommer, Dolores S. Urian, Marie S. Hayes and Anne J. Sommer; dear brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and dear friend to many. Services: Msgr. Sommer instate at St. Clement Catholic Church (Des Peres) Monday, Nov. 26th 10:00AM until time of Mass at 11:00AM.
