I'll always remember the first time I meet Julius he was very straight forward and told it like it was. He recruited me for BIG and gave me a lot government knowledge to help me along the way. Julius certainly knew what it was to reach back and help others no matter who you were. While he taught, you were sure to laugh. Let's just say he honored Dr. MLK by doing what he preached. Julius kept us all in line with his government updates. So family we will truly miss this gift from God who stood for what was right and he definitely fought for it. May God be with and forever keep you under his wings.
