I'm a bit late in finding this site. I worked after school for Coach D.C. I typed referee contracts, etc. The basketball team won the State Championships my first two years at CBC. What a team watch.
Coach D.C. Wilcutt set a great example for the young men at CBC. He was a kind and caring person.
He sometimes gave me tickets to see the St. Louis Hawks play. I got to see Bob Pettit play, who is a big sports hero where I now live in Baton Rouge.

Steve, very sorry to hear about your father's passing. D.C. was a great person and it was truly an honor to play for him and be your teammate. I continue to use many of his ideas with my team. Please take care and we will keep your Dad, Mom and family in our prayers.

Cory and family---Kyle and I are so sorry for the sudden loss of your dear father. You are in my daily prayers and thankfully you and your siblings have each other near to share memories of both of your loving parents.

Steve and Family,
DC was a great guy. Many a night I sat with Viv during his games and loved every minute of it. They were a perfect example of a happily married couple. I am sure he was lost without her and she would have felt the same way.
I will never think of CBC and not remember him.
