Noah Cleveland Evans Jr., 86, of Webster, Fla., died Thursday, Nov. 14, 2013, at Bushnell. He was born Dec. 13, 1926, in Fall Branch, Tenn. He was a retired long haul truck driver. Mr. Evans was a member of the American Legion Post #101 at Beville's Corner. He is survived by his wife, Joyce Evans of Webster; sons, Buddy Dale Evans of St. Peters, Mo., and Steven Joseph Evans of Webster; daughter, Kimberly Kay (Michael) O'Brien of Offallen, Mo.; sister, Betty Cooper of Tampa; and 12 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Sondra Gayle Hollingsworth. A visitation was at the Purcell Funeral Home Chapel, Bushnell, on Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2013. Graveside services were at the Florida National Cemetery on Wednesday, Nov. 20, 2013, with Military Honors rendered by the Sumter County Honor Guard.
