I'm so glad that Monica and i had art class together in high school because it led to a life long frienship. I'm also grateful that i got to visit her for christmas. she continued to have her sense of humor and fighter attitude. All of you have Russ' (Hugh's) and my deepest, most heartfelt sympathy. Monica was an incredible, positive, and sweet presence on this earth. I hope we can all take comfort in knowing that she is in a place so beautiful and perfect and peaceful, with no pain or weakness or struggling, that she is blissfully happy--an angel who earned her wings while still on earth.

To the Goretski Family,
May God comfort you during this time. Monica was one of the kindest, seetest people I knew. I graduated with Maureen, but did know Monica as well. I have fond memories of her in school, St Alphonsus, and seeing her working at Springs Cinema. Her smile, warm personality and kindness touched many lives and she will be missed.

You rarely see the Love and Courage of Family that has been displayed over the years by the Goretski Family, I know that there are no words that I can offer that will comfort them. But I will say this, as their Angel walked the Earth, she will now roam in Heaven, so very Special. Her Legacy is Love and Hope; God be with her Family, God Bless Her Soul!
