Bro Tapp was like a dad to me! I was so lucky to meet Brenda and Laura while in high school at OSHS, we sang in the choir together. The girls invited me to there church that is when I met there dad Bro Tapp. Many times I had been invited into their home and had long talks with Bro Tapp, heart to heart talks, walk with God talks. Bro Tapp you helped me in so many ways! You explained the different ways that fathers love their children where I could understand even though I wanted my dad to be JUST LIKE YOU.
We may not have stayed in touch over the years but last year I was able to visit you in the hospital and talk about fishing with you. You didn't remember me but it was still the kind words of a kind man.
I will never forget you. Thank you for taking the time to talk to me at a young age a long time ago.
To Brenda, Laura, Mrs Tapp I know you will miss him, for my mama and I miss my daddy but we know God has such great plans.
I love you my sisters.

Larry has been a friend a long time. If I ever write a book about my Mom and Pop, Larry and Daisy would have a chapter all to themselves. Prayers for the family.
