Alice Koger Obituary
Mrs. Koger was born in Canton to Robert C. and Vera Gill Hammack. She lived on the Coast since 1962, and retired from Gayfers. After retiring from Gayfers, she worked for Custom Benefit Group in insurance sales. She was a member of the American Legion, Joe Graham Post #119.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil L. Koger, and her parents.
She is survived by five siblings, Robert A. Hammock of Flora, William C. Hammack of Richland, Opal Wilson of Florence, Mary Gray of Gulfport, and Mildred Herskind of Clinton; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, September 24, 2011, at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport, at 11 am. Friends may visit one hour prior to services.

I knew Mrs. Koger from taking care of Cecil at Miramar Nsg. Home until the day of Katrina. He always called her Margaret when he would call her. She was very devoted to him. I was sorry to hear of her passing.
