Dear Mrs. Redd and family. My family was sad to hear about Mr. Redd. I recall years ago when Mr. Redd was first establishing his Pest Control Business. My dad, Curtis Miller, Manager of Wayne Feed Store at the time, assisted Mr. Redd in setting up space with a phone and desk inside the Gulfport Wayne Feed Store. Mr. Redd enjoyed the fresh figs we raised each season as well as the pecans my dad raised. Gordon and Mrs. Mable remained fresh fig customers of my dad and mom for many years. Mr. Redd was a fine Christian person and my late dad so enjoyed his friendship. He will be missed by many but his community contribbutions will live forever in our hearts. His smile will never be forgotten.

I was fortunate enough to be acquainted with Mr. Redd and two of his sons: Gordon Jr,. and Kenny. Kenny and I were pretty close friends until he moved to oversee the Mobile division.
My heart goes out to the entire family, but you know that Mr. Gordon is looking down on us all right now, enjoying seeing some past friends and family, and awaiting to welcome all of his friends and family, who are fortunate to one day, be with him again,
Kindest regards,

Dear Mable, Gordon, Kenny & Eddy....wives and families. I am so sad to hear about "Mr. Redd" and my heart aches for all of you with his loss. What a legacy he left, and I am proud to say I was one who benefitted from those special virtues he possessed. He was a huge part of my life and my boys' lives at a very critical time. He certainly walked the Christian walk with always putting
God first, others second and himself third.
His generosity (and Mable's)toward me was exceptional and I am most thankful.
He taught me the lesson in life of "paying it forward" and I have been blessed to do just that. I recall his smile first and his "employees first "
philosophy.....it was indeed a blessing for me to work with him and all of you for over 12 years. I wish I could be at his service, but please know my heart and thoughts will be.
With my love and deepest sympathy .....Babs
