Peggy Carson, age 72, a resident of Biloxi, passed away on Friday June 8, 2012. She was born on June 10, 1939, raised in Yazoo City, Mississippi. She was a member of the Salvation Army Kroc Center in Biloxi, MS and Eastern Star in the Lakeshore Chapter #59, Slidell, LA.
She was preceded in death by her father, John Posey Sr., her bother John Posey, Jr.
Ms. Carson is survived by her sons, Charlie "Chuck" (Donna) Bond, Jr of Saucier and, Kenneth Bond of Biloxi; daughter, Rebecca Bond of Naples, Florida, her mother, Elinor "Cookie" Strickland of Prattville, Alabama; sisters, Patsy (Mickey) Moffett of Prattville, Alabama,and Pansy Parker of Hot Springs, Arkansas, a brother, Jim Posey of Naples, Florida; and her grandchildren Brandon (Jana) Dearman of Lizana, Amber Bond of Saucier, Andrea Bond of Saucier, and Blake Bond of Richmond, Kentucky and great-grandchildren Lacey Williams of Lizana, Kelsie Dearman of Lizana, and Denton Dearman of Lizana and by loving friends Melba Barrett and Mary Eaves and many nieces and nephews.
There will be no funeral service or memorial. Thank you for your condolences towards Ms. Carson and her family. Memorial donations can be made to the Salvation Army Kroc Center in Biloxi, MS.
