Bernice "Sis" McQueen

1924-2013

Perkinston

Mrs. Bernice "Sis" McQueen, 89, of Perkinston died Saturday, December 14, 2013 in Gulfport.

Mrs. McQueen was a charter member of Berean Baptist Church in Wiggins and was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Novelee McQueen, two brothers, Hershel Saucier and Howard Saucier and one sister, Ruby Grace Curry.

She is survived by her two sons, Dwayne McQueen (Sandy) and David McQueen (Bobbie) both of Perkinston, two daughters, Sue Pearson (David) of Wiggins and Theresa Harrison of Gulfport, one sister, Alice McCraw of Gulfport, two brothers, Hayward Saucier of Pascagoula and Charles Saucier of Gulfport, 9 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

Services will be held at 12:00PM Monday, December 16, 2013 at Berean Baptist Church in Wiggins with visitation from 10:00AM to service time at the church. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Wiggins.

Moore Funeral Home in Wiggins is in charge of arrangements.
