Hunter Blackwell Miller, resident of Biloxi, MS, passed away on January 14th at the age of 26. Hunter was born on February 21st 1987, in Ocean Springs, MS. He grew up and spent his whole life on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Hunter was a talented artist, who showed his love for life, as well as his frustration with life through his sketches, paintings, poetry, and music. Hunter's flair for life was contagious. He touched the lives and souls of his friends and family, and his presence in their lives is a gift for which they will always be thankful.
Hunter is survived by his parents, Jim (James H.) Miller and Suzanna Miller, and his brother, Hayden Miller all of Biloxi, his maternal grandparents, Bill and Gloria Blackwell of Hattiesburg, and his paternal grandfather, Jim Miller, of Gautier. Hunter was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Shirley Miller, who will receive him in heaven with open arms.
Services will be held at Heritage Funeral Home in Moss Point, MS. Visitation is Friday, January 17th from 9-11 am. The service begins at 11:00 am. Pastor Paul Roller of Hattiesburg will be officiating the service as well as the burial which will be held at Lebanon Cemetery in Seminary, MS at 3:00.

Suzanne, Jim, and Hayden,
Words can not explain how sorry I am for the loss of our beloved Hunter. There was never a day that I spent with him when he didn't have me in tears laughing at all the crazy things he did. He taught me that as long as I am true to myself it doesn't matter what anyone else thought. He was a very special soul, as soul that I will miss dearly. I've taken so many memories of my time spent with Hunterthat will live.inside of me forever. It was an absolute honor to have him as a friend.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Millers. Hunter was a special human with the extraordinary talent of making anyone smile. I so many wonderful memories of him from goofing off in the hall way at school to getting in trouble in class for talking. He truly was one of the greats in our class. He will be missed but never forgotten.
