Bay St. Louis, MS

Robert Donald Walley, age 48, of Bay St. Louis, MS, passed away on Sunday, January 26, 2014.

Rob was born to Mary Jane Heald Walley and the late Donald McEachern Walley. He grew up in Vicksburg, Mississippi, where he met and married the love of his life in 1985. He touched the lives of hundreds of families during his 15 years as a funeral service professional before retiring in order to work alongside his wife at their company, Comcepts. Rob enjoyed music, art, movies, and football, but nothing in life gave him more pleasure than his family. He was a wonderful and loving husband, father, and grandfather.

Rob is survived by his wife, Samantha Schaller Walley; his children, Robert David Walley of Hattiesburg, his wife, Beth, and their daughter, Madeleine Evelyn; Margaret (Meg) Walley and David Noonan of Gulfport and their daughter, Vera Leigh Noonan; Elisabeth (Hope) Walley of Bay St. Louis; and Hailey Walley of Bay St. Louis; his mother, Mary Jane Heald Walley of Long Beach; his brothers Gordon Walley of Pass Christian and his son, Jordan; Ethan Margolis of Dallas, TX, his wife Christy, and their son Blake; his sister, Becca Walley of Long Beach; and numerous aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews, and other relatives.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 31, 2014, at 3:00 at Edmond Fahey Funeral Home in Bay St. Louis. Visitation will begin at 1:00. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the or the .
