Perone, JEAN  
Jean Perone age 88 of Hollywood passed away March 18, 2016. Born January 1, 1928 in Hackensack, NJ. She was the daughter of Joseph and Teresa Carbone. In 1948 she married John Perone and they had 3 daughters. They moved to Hollywood, FL in 1955 and shared a flourishing business with sister Grace Perone and brother-in-law Carl Perone. The Royal Market was known as Hollywood's most unusual Market. Jean is survived by her husband John; daughters Carol and her husband Wade, Deborah and her husband Joseph and youngest daughter Tricia. They also have 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. A Celebration of Jean's Life will be held at Landmark Funeral Home; 4200 Hollywood Blvd., Hollywood, FL 33021 on Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at 12:00 noon. In loving memory of my dear husband Andy, 85 who passed away at hospice Friday June 24,2016 after a long battle with Lewy Body Dementa. Andy is survived by his devoted wife Jean Baird Pitcairn, son Rodger(Alice) UK daughter, Jean Ann FL, grandchildren Kevin, Kai UK, Kirsty in Australia, Jamie (Peter) TX, & many great grandchildren all of whom Andy loved dearly. Andy was the last of 10 brothers & sisters & many dearly loved nieces & nephews in Scotland, Andys birthplace. Polen, Mark E.  
Mark E. Polen has a distinguished legal and judicial career spanning over 46 years. After graduating from the University of Miami School of Law in 1969 he entered the private practice of law handling civil litigation. In 1977 he was appointed an Industrial Claims Judge for Broward County and subsequently was appointed to the Circuit Court of Broward County where he served in multiple divisions from 1979 to 1988. From 1989 to 2013 he served with distinction on the Fourth District Court of Appeal, including serving for 2 years as Chief Judge. He is the recipient of numerous honors and awards, including the prestigious American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers' Gavin K. Letts Memorial Jurist of the Year, 1994. He served as Chair of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar (1994-95). He joined Mediar, Inc in May 2013 and is available to mediate, arbitrate and serve as Special Magistrate in all civil matters, especially Family cases. Mark is survived by his loving wife of 37 years,6 children, 6 grandchildren, and a sister. He will be greatly missed.
