Sorry to hear about Barry's passing. Joining Fidelity in 1968, he was a mentor to so many analysts and fund managers. He always made time for me (Fidelity Insight) and 'told it like it was.' Forever grateful.

Nancy, David and I were very saddened to learn of Barry's death today. We were at Bates in June for David's 50th reunion and remember many good times with you and Barry at Bates Trustees meetings. Hugs from the two of us.

I have so many wonderful memories of Barry and vividly remember much of his advice. He was always so willing to spend time with all of us as we were learning the business and I know how much we valued the time spent with him.

Sorry to hear about Barry's passing. I was just quoting one of Barry's investment maxims to one of my new MBAs - which he taught to me 25 years ago.
