Bettye Boudreaux passed away June 27, 2014. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Sidney Boudreaux; daughters Ann Felice and Laura; grandchildren KJ and Steven; and her sister Beverly. She and her family moved to Boca Raton in 1968. Bettye became a travel agent for Morrison Travel and helped build the agency into a major travel agency in South Florida. Eventually, she became the owner of the agency. Later, she sold the agency to World Travel Partners and became one of their managing partners. Bettye enjoyed traveling, and boating with her family and friends. She was a strong support for her family and friends. She trained her dog, Honey, to become a therapy dog. They visited many of the elderly in nursing homes to brighten their day. She will be greatly missed. In lieu of flowers, the family would request donations to be sent to Therapy Dogs International at tdi-dog.org or to the
at alz.org. There will be a celebration of her life on Friday, July 11th at 4:00 at the Carlton (901 E. Camino Real).
The Guest Book is expired.
