Charles Stewart Klager of Boca Raton passed away Saturday, November 9, 2013. He was born December 9, 1952 to the late Roy and Kathryn Klager. He was a veteran, graduating from Wentworth Military Academy, afterwards joining the 101st Airborne and becoming a Captain in the Rangers. He received his Bachelor's degree from FAU. Stewart married Lizabeth B. Klager in 1987, settling down in Boca Raton. Stewart was a beloved teacher at Spanish River High, where he taught Psychology, Sociology, and Law Studies for 28 years as well as an admired counselor at American Heritage Sports Camp for 21 years. His passion for instilling a life-long love of learning influenced countless students over the years. Never one to sit idly by, Stewart could always be found fishing, biking along Delray Beach or working on his remodeling business. A loving husband and father, a dedicated teacher and friend, Stewart will be sorely missed and fondly remembered by many. Stewart is survived by his wife, Liz Klager, his two children Shane Klager of Savannah, GA and Skylar Klager of Boston, MA, and his siblings, Chris Hoge of Overland Park, KS, Vance Klager and Mary Klager of Wichita, KS.
