You were such a great friend for so many of our adult years. I will always miss you, your goodness, humor and all of the many good times we shared. Even the good, the bad and the ugly is etched in my mind together with mental pictures that still make me smile!

I was hoping it was going to get a little easier, but I find as each day goes by, I miss you more and more. Thank you for being my best friend. The only thing that gives me some sort of comfort is knowing you're not in pain anymore. I know you thought you were a burden with me having to help you with everything, but I have to tell you a secret, it was really an excuse for me to get more hugs from you. I know you're looking out for me and Nini, and in turn I am keeping my promise I made to you. Love you always mom, Barbie Boo
