Wilson, Edna Sidonie Rayner On Monday, December 16, 2013, at her home, two months before her 102nd birthday, Edna went to join her husband, Donald Gilmore Wilson after a full and interesting life. Born in the Parrish of Orleans, Louisiana, she lived in Texas, New York and many other states. Graduated from Hunter College where she met and then married her college sweetheart on October 5, 1935. During her life-time Edna lived in states from coast to coast. Had careers in merchandising for Macy's in New York, executive secretary to the General at Noll's- Alplaus Atomic Power and Submarine Base in Schenectady, N Y, and executive secretary to the President and CEO of Broward National Bank. Edna was an avid antique collector and also owned the Chit Chat Antique Shop in Williston S.C. She was a member of the D. A. R. and the U.D.C. and the Plantation Community Church. Edna leaves her Daughters, Gail Wilson Lunsford (Fredrick D.) and Patricia Wilson Leuliette. Six Grandchildren; Rodney Lunsford, Pamela Ashworth (Dave), and Donna Hook, of Fort Lauderdale, FL. Douglas Lunsford (Becky), of Coral Springs, FL, Grant Leuliette (Christine) of Moorestown, NJ, and Lance Leuliette of Dawsonville, GA. Six Great-grandchildren; Kelli Lunsford, and Jonathan Hook of Fort Lauderdale, FL, Michael Kelly and Teresa Lunsford of Coral Springs, FL, Kyle Leuliette and Sarah Leuliette of Moorestown, NJ, as well as extended family and caring friends. There will be a Memorial Service for Edna at the Plantation Community Church in Fort Lauderdale on the morning of January 17th.
