Jenkins, James E., 89, of Pompano Beach, FL passed away on Friday, November 30, 2012. James was born in Williamstown, New York on April 16, 1923 where he graduated from Williamstown High School. James graduated from Syracuse University in 1951 with a degree in accounting. He served his country with the US Air force. He completed 51 missions during WW II and received the Flying Cross and many other distinguished honors and medals. Surviving James is his loving wife of 66 years, Ruth, three nieces Cynthia Biggs, Crystal Simpson and Donna Chappel, a nephew Fred Jenkins and many cousins and loving friends. Funeral Services were held privately. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Syracuse University, Broward Humane Society, or the Broward Focal Point in James' memory.
