Bauman, Louis Paul "Sonny" of Plantation passed away January 12, 2013. A long time resident of the area, he was a teacher with Broward County Schools, and had served as principal of American Heritage Schools. He is survived by his beloved wife of 56 years Carol; his son Stephen Paul (Tabitha) Bauman, and daughter Deborah Kay ( Steven) Niedzwiedzki; his sisters Carolyn Rutherford, and Mary Black; and his grandchildren Nicole and Michael Niedzwiedzki, and Nathaniel and Zachary Bauman. Friends will be received on Thursday from 3 p.m. until the service time at the T.M. Ralph Plantation Funeral Home 7001 NW 4 Street.
