BARKER, Mary M. 93 of Pompano Beach and former resident of Lighthouse Point, FL passed away on April 20, 2014. Mary was born in Paris, France on July 4, 1920 to Donald C. McDonald and Jane Tyler McDonald. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Pompano Beach. She served in the Stephen's Ministry and was a volunteer at the Lighthouse Point Library for 20 years. . She was preceded in death by her husband Col. Walter Emil Barker. Survived by her sister-in-law Gita Barker of Williston, Fl, her nieces Patty Clark of Harvest, Alabama, Sandy Bishop of Richmond, VA, Susie Lewis of Williston, FL, nephews Bob Barker of Ridgecrest, CA, Eric Barker of Richmond, VA , Marc Fraoli of Baton Rouge, LA and Jay Fraoli of Miami, FL. Burial will take place in Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington. Va. Mary was a much loved aunt and friend to many. She will be missed. Arrangements under the direction of Kraeer Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Pompano Beach, FL.
