Time passes so quickly (10 years, wow), yet our memories keep everything alive and in the present! When I think of Phil and my beautiful friend Fo, I am back on the West Side having the time of our lives!!! RIP Phil till we all meet again!

Mere words, spoken nor written, cannot express the great sadness I feel in my soul. My heart and my condolences go out to the entire Fasciana Family. I cannot even begin to fathom your sorrow nor your loss. I am the sky, I rain and cry. God bless you Phil.

Phil has been welcomed with open arms in God's paradise. No rain, no clouds, no suffering, just love from everywhere. I'll truly miss my best competitor on the pool table. Phil has several opponents waiting for him, and I'm certain they're having a game right now. God bless you all. May peace be with you, as we'll all be reunited one day.
