Lillian M. (Magro) Maratta, 80, of Boca Raton, Florida. Beloved Wife of the late Nicholas Maratta, died peacefully on Sunday, July 6, 2014, surrounded by her loving family at Hospice by the Sea Care Center, Boca Raton, Florida. Born July 16, 1934 in Hartford, Connecticut, she was the daughter of late Salvatore and Josephine (Bucchieri) Magro. She is survived by her two daughters, Katherine Jakubiak and her husband Steve Jakubiak and Joanne Sassone and her husband Steven Sassone both of Boca Raton, a brother Joseph Magro and sister-in-law Virginia Magro, Three loving grandchildren, Nicole Jakubiak, Stephen Jakubiak and Alexandra Sassone. A great-grandson, Jayce Jakubiak. She was predeceased by two brothers, Salvatore and Valentino Magro. A special thank you to the doctors, nurses and staff at Homewood of Delray and Hospice by the Sea Care Center for all of their care and companion shown to Lillian and her family. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday July 9, 2014 from 4pm-6pm.
