Fussell, Donald R., age 69, of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, died on December 8, 2009, after a long illness. Don spent over 35 years serving his country; first with the U.S. Army, then on the missile-tracking ship, General H.H. Arnold. His next service was with the Central Intelligence Agency before he joined the Secret Service in 1972 and retired in 1996. His most recent love was playing the banjo in the Broward County Mummers Band and the Gold Coast Banjo Band. Don is preceded in death by his father, Reno Fussell. He is survived by his wife, Linda; mother, Virgie; sister, Margaret Ressa; niece, Jennifer Dillard and nephew Brian Ressa.
