Howard Andrew "Andy" Plotnick born April 8, 1962 passed away on February 18, 2012. Andrew is survived by his wife Laura Rangel Feres Plotnick,his Mother Natine H. Plotnick, brother Marc Plotnick,sister Debra Plotnick Athos, brother Jonathan Plotnick, brother-in-law John Athos, Lawrence J. Pius, and his morther-in-law Enizia Feres; sister-in-law Sabette Sternacker, brother-in-law Roberto Sternacker. Andrew was predeceased by his father, Dr. Donald L. Plotnick and brother Michael James Plotnick. Andy was loved and will be missed by many nieces and newphews:Egan Sternacker, Christopher Athos, Lindsey Athos, Whitney Carper, Chelsea Carper, Mia Plotnick, Joie Athos, Samantha Plotnick,Marissa Plotnick Dean, Jessica Plotnick Dean and Dalyn Plotnick Dean. Andrew was known as "Uncle Choo Choo," Andrew loved children of all ages. Andrew was also survived by his Aunt Sandra Zelvy, Uncle Robert Zelvy, and neices Andrea Fenton; Darla Landsman and Michael Zelvy. Andrew and his beloved wife Laura, were owners of auto sales in Wilton Manors for many years. Andrew was loved by many friends in both Ft. Lauderdale and his birthplace of Columbus, Ohio. He remained a true fan of Ohio State Buckeye sports teams and a die hard fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers. He and his wife Laura, traveled extensively throughout the United States and many South American countries. Andrew and his wife were devoted followers of the Joel O'Steen Ministries. A viewing will be held at Jennings Funeral Home on Tuesday,2/21/12 from 5-8 p.m at 1801 E. Oakland Park Blvd., FTL, FL. In lieu of flowers the family has asked for contributions to be sent to Holy Cross Hospital or St. Judes Hospital for Children.
