Moore, Robert "Rob" B. passed away unexpectedly on October 2, 2012 at his home in Ft Lauderdale, FL. He was a purser at Miami Air where he was employed for the last 16 years. He was born in Lexington, KY to Shirley Moore and the late LeRoy B. Moore. In addition to his mother, he is survived by a brother, Steve Moore, sister, Millie (Thom) Marshall, and twin sister Roberta (Joe) Seybold, all of Lexington. Also, he had three nephews: Scott Moore, Trent Marshall, Travis (Erin) Marshall, and one niece: Stephanie Moore. Rob attended the University of Kentucky, and was an avid UK basketball fan. He was active in the Unity Church in Ft. Lauderdale. Before moving to Florida, Rob was involved in training and showing Quarter Horses. After moving to Florida, he was the envy of his friends and neighbors for his gardening skills. Rob lived life to the fullest. He had an abundance of love for friends, and was a caring and giving person. The family invites his friends to join us for a celebration of his life, on the beach, Wednesday October 10 at 7 pm at Sunday Tower Hotel Suites, 2030 N. Ocean Blvd, Fort Lauderdale. Limited parking onsite. Memorial donations in Rob's honor can be made to Lambda South, INC. P.O. Box 030339 Ft. Lauderdale, FL. 33303 or the garden of your choice.
