You and Matt graciously let me follow you around and play trumpet with you. It was one of the highlights of my life to play with such great musicians.
You made me feel very welcomed.

Dearest Doug and Jeff, Barbara Cornell here. I have just discovered my STAR has passed. I've been trying to find her for many months now. Yesterday was her birthday. I sent her a card. I was the #1 fan of Sylvia and Matt. I made the record with them many years ago. How can I get in touch with you±?
I loved Sylvia like a mother and her voice was one in a million. love, Barbara Cornell

Sylvia, like no other. No one could ever forget this diamond among zirconias! How I wish I'd known her when she was singing with Matt. Alas, I met her after Matt had gone. I treasured her friendship and love. RIP Sylvia, the world will be less bright.
