Townsend D. "Tad" Kessler,77, of Tallahassee passed away, Wednesday, June 1, 2011 at Eden Springs Nursing Home in Crawfordville, FL. Memorial Services will be held 11:00AM, Monday June 6, 2011 at Culley's MeadowWood , Timberlane Chapel ,700 Timberlane Rd. Tallahassee, Fl. 32312. He was born in Jacksonville FL., and moved to Tallahassee 40 years ago from Albany, GA. He was a 20 year retired appliance salesman with Sears. He was a member of Tallahassee Elk's Lodge, B.P.O.E. #937 and an avid FSU fan. Survivors include three sons, David Kessler of Albany,GA., Bobby Freeman and Darrell Freeman of Tallahassee, Fl.; two daughters, Carol Todaro of Tallahassee, FL. and Debbi Mitchell of Orlando, Fl.; and nine Grandchildren.
