Thomas, Weston, and Jennifer please accept our sympathy and condolences on the loss of your loving wife and mother. She was a great gal and we enjoyed knowing and working with her at FSU.
I first met Jessie at an interview for a position in the Office of Research at FSU. Before my interview with her, I first interviewed with Sara and Jovita who told me if I really wanted the job I needed to muster all the charm I could for Miss Jessie because Dr. Johnson would not approve the hiring without her approval. I guess I was successful because I got the job. Sara and Jovita later would tell me I scored a perfect 10.
God bless,
Monnie and Mary Jane
