Maron Butler Obituary
Maron D. Butler, 22, of Tallahassee, a student at Tallahassee Community College and a employee at Walmart, passed on Mon. May 30 from injuries sustained by an automobile accident. Celebration of life will be 11am Sat. June 4 at Bethel A M E Church Church in Tallahassee with burial at Speed-Lockett Cemetery in Lloyd, FL. Viewing will be today, Fri. June 3 from 3-7pm at RICHARDSON'S FAMILY FUNERAL CARE IN TALLAHASSEE (850) 576-4144. Maron was a member of Palace AME Church in Havana and a 2007 graduate of Amos P. Godby High School. Forever cherishing Maron's memories his mother: Gervaise Lockett;Father: Ronny Butler; his sister: Derrica Butler; grandmother: Idella Lockett; great-grandmother: Sarah Jeffery; a godson; and a host of other relatives and friends who will forever miss him.

Found myself looking back today. I remember we used to play basketball back when we were kids. I first met you in my neighborhood on the basketball court back in 2002-03. Then a few years later I transferred to Florida high and had no idea you went to the same school. Small world. Rest In Peace bro.

Maron was funny and very hard working. I learned this while being around him during practice at Godby when I was a Student Athletic Trainer. He always hugged me when I seen him at TCC. He will be missed. With love, from the Class of 2007!
