Rev. William Albritton "Billy" Walker

Rev. William Albritton "Billy" Walker, age 82, passed away Wednesday, August 22, 2012 in Tallahassee.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m., Saturday, August 25, 2012 at Restoration Place Tallahassee with burial at Tallahassee Memory Gardens. A viewing will be held from 1 until 2:00 prior to services. Family will receive friends from 5 until 8 p.m., Friday at Beggs Funeral Home, 3322 Apalachee Parkway, Tallahassee, FL 32311, (850) 942-2929.

A native of Tempe, Worth County Georgia, he had resided in Tallahassee since 1957, was a carpenter and Minister with the Spirit of Holiness Fellowship in Chipley, FL.

He is survived by his wife, Louise Walker; four sons, Reuben, Bill, and Dexter (Elizabeth) Walker all of Tallahassee, and Tim (Sharon) Walker of Moultrie, GA.; seven daughters, Naomi (Mike) Parramore, Becky (Bill) Spencer, Theresa (Bill) Connell, Rachel (Wayne) Worthington, Euletha May and Arlene Walker all of Tallahassee, and Susan Gregory of Dallas, TX; three brothers, Joe (Linda), and Warren (Betty) Walker of Doerun, GA, and Ollie Walker of Tallahassee; five sisters, Margie Kraatz of Colquitt, GA, Opal Roberts of Haines City, FL, Vernie (Daniel) Sellers of Douglas, GA, Muzette Epps of Sylvester, GA, and Mary Knowles of Kissimmee, FL; twenty-six grandchildren and twenty-two great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his wife and mother of his twelve children Ethelene Sellers Walker, daughter Wilma Walker, granddaughter Allison Walker, parents Britt and Susie Walker, brother Neal Walker, and sisters Syble Causey and Arcie Lightfoot.
