Richard David Williams Richard David Williams, 45, passed away August 10, 2009, in Tallahassee. Funeral services will be graveside at Oakfield Cemetery in Monticello, Thursday, August 13, 2009 at 10 a.m. EDT. The family will receive friends, August 12, from 4-7 p.m. EDT at their home at 150 S. Hill Street, Monticello.Love offerings may be made to Dianne Clark for Richard Williams at Capital City Bank, 800 South Jefferson St. Montelicello, FL 32344. Mr. Williams was a lifelong resident of Monticello and was project manager at Florida State University. He served our country in the Marines and was of Methodist faith. Mr. Williams is survived by his wife, Pam Williams of Monticello; one son, Christopher David Williams of Monticello; two daughters, Ashley Danielle Williams and Kayla Dianne Williams of Monticello; two sisters, Rebecca Brown of Crawfordville, Fla., and Carol Miller of Orange Park, Fla.; and two grandchildren Dejah Ny'Shon Blackman and Jayden Carter Young.
