James Bert Tinker, Jr.

James Bert Tinker, Jr., age 57, Brick Mason, passed away Friday, February 7, 2014, at St. Domonics Hospital, Jackson, MS.

Graveside services will be Thursday, February 13, 2014, at 2:00 pm at the Oakfield Cemetery, Monticello, Florida. The family will receive friends Wednesday, February 12, 2014, from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at Beggs Funeral Home Monticello Chapel (850-997-5612), 485 East Dogwood Street, Monticello, Florida 32344.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Jefferson County Humane Society, 1250 Mamie Scott Drive, Monticello, FL 32344, (850)-342-0244.
Mr. Tinker was a life long resident of Jefferson County, Florida. He loved his work, loved the outdoors and was a master at the BBQ grill. He also loved boating, fishing and was a wonderful family man. He was of the Baptist faith and attended Hickory Hammock Baptist Church, Milton, Florida.

Mr. Tinker is survived by his mother Gail Anderson, his wife Kimberly, three sons Joseph, Matthew, and Michael Tinker all of Monticello, one daughter Melissa Raza of Houston, Texas.
He is also survived by two brothers Randy Tinker (and wife Teresa) of Monticello, and Joe Anderson of Monticello, and one sister Marsha Brickey of Annapolis, Maryland.
