Bobbie Jean Hartsfield
Bobbie Jean Hartsfield went to her heavenly home on Saturday March 22,2014 at the Margaret Dozier Hospice House surrounded by her loving family.
Bobbie was born December 11, 1932 to Lamar and Virginia Mock in Bainbridge, Georgia. She lived most of her life in Tallahassee and in January of 1950 she married Hildred Newell Hartsfield and together they raised four sons.
She was very proud of her family and was a wonderful wife, daughter, mother and sister.
She spent many years in accounting and medical records. She was office manager at P.W. Wilson Department Store until they closed in 1971. After that she worked with Drs. Henry, Armstrong and Johnson for 22 years and finally retired from BigBend Hospice in 2011 after 17 years of dedicated service. She made many friends along the way. She was a member of Aenon Baptist Church.

Bobbie is survived by her sons, Glen (Annette), Ronnie (Diane), Mark (Susie) and Ray Hartsfield all of Tallahassee. Three grandchildren, Scott and Shawn Hartsfield and Amanda Collier. Great grandchildren Victoria, Kellen, Landon, Kaydence, Kyleigh and Daigan Hartsfield and Alyssa Collier. She is also survived by sisters Billie Standley and Angela Maige and brothers Jack and Terry Mock.
She was preceeded in death by her husband, mother and father and sisters John Eva Brown, Gladys Miller and Judy Marks.
A Visitation will be held Today, Tuesday, March 25 at 10 o'clock in the morning at Aenon Baptist Church (6073 Blountstown Hwy, Tallahassee, Fl 32310) with a service at 11 o'clock. Interment will follow at Aenon Baptist Church Cemetery.
