Olive Mary Banks

Winter Haven - Olive Mary Banks, 101, formerly of Quincy died Friday, June 13, 2014 at home with her daughter and son-in-law by her side.

She was born February 11, 1913 to Harriet (Welsh) and Peter Joseph Gladieux in Toledo, Ohio.

Mrs. Banks was a retired registered nurse. She enjoyed reading especially her Bible. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Quincy, FL.

Mrs. Banks was predeceased by her parents, husband, Ralph W. Banks, 2 sisters and 3 brothers.

She is survived by daughter Rosemary (Richard) Mengeling of Winter Haven, granddaughter Mary Leona (Russell) Stanaland of Lakeland and great grandson Hunter Shaw of Lakeland.

Visitation Sunday, June 22 from 2-4 PM at Oak Ridge Funeral Care Haines City. Services will be graveside in Hillcrest Cemetery, Quincy, FL. Wednesday, June 25 at 2 PM.
