Bryant retired from the City of Tallahassee Solid Waste Division after 27 years of service and enjoyed a few years at home before returning to work with Leon County Transportation.

Bryant was an avid sportsman. He loved duck hunting, deer hunting, fishing, and enjoyed many years of playing softball.

Before his illness, Bryant and Kay could always be found at a ball field watching their grandchildren play

baseball. Over the years they accumulated several "grandchildren" and they were known to almost all children as "Granddaddy"and "Ga-Ga". You could always count on them for an extra cheer, an "Atta-Boy", or a dollar for the concession stand!

Granddaddy has one more request! He would like for all of the children to wear their favorite jersey or

baseball cap to his service. He would also like for everyone to know that he will not miss any more games. He will see each and every hit, catch, strike-out, homerun and run scored! He would like for you all to know that he is so proud of you and will watch over each and every one of you.
