Betsy L. Messer Betsy L. Messer, 92, passed away Sunday, April 5, 2009. Graveside service will be held 11 a.m. EDT Wednesday, April 8th, 2009 at Tallahassee Memory Gardens. Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. EDT Tuesday at Culley's MeadowWood Riggins Road Funeral Home (850- 877-8191). Mrs. Messer was born at Concord, FL and was a lifelong Tallahassee resident. She was a member of Lakeview Baptist Church. She enjoyed gardening and working in her yard especially her flowers. Survivors include a son, Edward L. Messer (Annette); daughter, Laura M. Jones (Billy); 11 grandchildren and a number of great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles G. Messer Sr. and her son Charles G. Messer Jr.
