James Showers Obituary
James Showers, 59, died Sunday, October 19, 2014. Funeral services will be 2 PM, Saturday, Nov. 1 at Mt. Zion AME Church, 223 Mt. Zion Church Road, Havana, FL, with burial at church cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Ann Thomas Showers; two sons, DeAndre Showers and Tadrik Showers; a daughter, Aerial Showers and two step daughters, Latrice Tyson Debique and Kianni Brewer; five brothers, Wilson Hinson, Jr., William Showers, Sr., Willie-Albert Showers, Elder Jerome Showers, Sr., Damon Showers; a sister, Sara Clark and host of grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Praise God for James Showers -- best in-law in the world. Just want to thank God for James L and know you will be missed. You were a great father to my nephew (Deandre) and the family is in prayers. We are deeply sad to hear of James L death but happy to know he has passed to greater heights which cannot be measured by man but God and God alone. My hearts goes out to the family and know James L is at peace.
