BRADFORD, G. Curtis 77, went home to be with his Lord on Oct. 10, 2013. Curtis was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather. He was preceded in death by his wife, Billie Faye Bradford. He is survived by his brother and sisterin-law, Jack and Marge Bradford; daughter, Debby Bradford Kampert; daughter and son-in-law, Ricci and Stephen Lubrant; and grandchildren, Justin, Rachel, Chas, Chase and Carlee. Curtis graduated from Brandon High School in 1954, obtained his B.S. degree from the University of Tampa and his M.A. from the University of South Florida. He taught in the Hillsborough County public school system for several years and worked for over 15 years for Hillsborough County Parks & Recreation, retiring in 1975 as a Director. Answering his life's calling, Curtis began full time pastoring at the First Baptist Church of Keystone Park in November 1974. As the church grew, it changed its name to Freedom Baptist and then in 1981, became In the Name of Jesus World Outreach Center, now Impact Church of Keystone. Even with his retirement in Aug. 2010, Curtis continued to be an inspiring teacher and compassionate leader to the church community. He will be greatly missed. A life celebration will be held at 11 am, Saturday, Oct. 26, at Impact Church of Keystone, 10925 Tarpon Springs Road, Odessa, FL 33556, fellowship immediately following. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Impact Church.
